Regular medicine is not treating and curing the children quickly enough and its becoming devastating. Renese, back to her old scheming ways has the city of Stellaris believing its Ms. Trotter's delectable treats when in fact Renese has set up Ms. Trotter to take the downfall without consequences going to the true culprit, which is Lana's evil twin sister Renese

In the heart of the bustling city of Stellaris, Lana, a dedicated nurse, was hovering around the hospital, treating the influx of children falling mysteriously ill.

Lana was worried. The medicine was not working fast enough. The once cheerful city hospital was looking grim.

One day, Lana confided in her twin sister, Renese. 'I think Ms. Trotter's candies are making the children sick.' said Lana.

Renese, who didn't like Ms. Trotter, agreed with Lana and spread the rumor around the city. 'It is the candies!' she said.

'But, the children still seem sick, even without eating Ms. Trotter's candies,' Lana thought. She had a feeling something was not right.

Late one night, Lana caught Renese sneaking into the hospital. Renese looked startled and dropped a bottle of some strange liquid.

'Are you trying to frame Ms. Trotter?' Lana confronted her sister with tears in her eyes.

With nowhere to run, Renese confessed that she was behind the children's illness. She wanted to make herself look better by blaming Ms. Trotter.

Lana was heartbroken but she knew what she had to do. She turned Renese into the authorities and took it upon herself to find the real cure for the children.
