Aisha sitting up in her cozy bed, stretching her arms wide with a big bright smile, wearing colorful pajamas. Warm golden sunlight streams through the window onto her face. Her stuffed bear Mr. Stomps sits beside her on the pillow. In the background, a bright cozy bedroom with pastel-colored walls, a window with sunshine pouring in, and cheerful decorations.

Aisha opened her eyes. The sun was warm. The birds went tweet, tweet, tweet! "I feel HAPPY!" sang Aisha. She stretched her arms up, up, up and smiled a big, big smile.

Aisha standing beside her bed with her arms crossed, one foot bare and one foot wearing a sock, her hair tangled, scrunching her nose with a grumpy expression. Mr. Stomps has tumbled to the floor. In the background, the bright cozy bedroom with blankets messy and rumpled on the bed.

But then — oh no. Her sock was missing. Her hair was tangled. "Hmph!" said Aisha. She crossed her arms. She scrunched her nose. "Now I feel GRUMPY!"

Aisha mid-yawn with droopy eyes and floppy arms, leaning against the side of her bed, looking very sleepy in her colorful pajamas. In the background, the bright cozy bedroom looking soft and hazy in the morning light.

Then Aisha yawned a great big yawn. Her eyes got heavy. Her arms got floppy. "Oh," she said in a tiny voice. "Now I feel SLEEPY." So many feelings! And it was not even breakfast yet!

Aisha wiggling and jiggling with a big silly grin, her arms swinging and toes dancing on the bedroom rug, her tangled hair bouncing. Mr. Stomps is on the floor nearby. In the background, the bright cozy bedroom with morning light sparkling through the window.

Then — wiggle, wiggle — her toes started to dance. Her tummy felt bubbly. A giggle popped out! "Ha ha ha! Now I feel SILLY!" Aisha wiggled and jiggled all around. Happy, grumpy, sleepy, silly — all mixed up together!

Aisha hugging Mr. Stomps close to her chest with wide excited eyes and a bright idea expression, standing in the middle of her bedroom. In the background, the cozy bedroom beginning to shimmer with faint sparkles of color near the edges, hinting at magic.

"So many feelings!" said Aisha. "What do I do?" She looked at Mr. Stomps on the floor. She picked him up. She hugged him tight. Then Aisha had a big idea. "I know! I will make up a SONG!"

Aisha twirling joyfully with Mr. Stomps tucked under one arm, surrounded by swirling golden-yellow sparkles. The bedroom walls are magically transforming into a shimmering rainbow-colored parade route with tiny paper heart confetti floating gently around her. In the background, the bedroom melting away into a cheerful neighborhood street with pastel-shimmering sidewalks and colorful houses.

Aisha sang: "Happy is yellow, like the sun so bright! I spin and I twirl with all my might!" She twirled around and around. And — whoooosh! Her bedroom began to shimmer. The walls turned into a rainbow road! Tiny paper hearts floated in the air. The Feelings Parade had begun!

Aisha stomping boldly down the rainbow-colored parade route, holding Mr. Stomps out in front of her as if he is stomping too, both surrounded by swirls of deep purple. Tiny paper heart confetti floats around them. In the background, a cheerful neighborhood with pastel houses and shimmering sidewalks under a purple-tinted sky.

Aisha marched down the rainbow road. She sang: "Grumpy is purple, like a stormy sky! I stomp and I stomp as I march on by!" She stomped her feet — STOMP, STOMP, STOMP! And Mr. Stomps stomped too! His fuzzy feet went thump, thump, thump on the shimmery sidewalk.

Aisha swaying gently side to side with her eyes half-closed, holding Mr. Stomps like a baby, surrounded by soft blue light and drifting paper heart confetti settling around her like a blanket on the shimmery pastel sidewalk. In the background, the rainbow parade route glowing in soft blues, with dreamy pastel houses and a gentle stream of light.

Aisha sang again: "Sleepy is blue, soft as a dream. I sway and I rock by a quiet stream." She swayed side to side, slow and gentle. The paper hearts floated down like a soft, warm blanket. Everything smelled sweet, like honey and toast.

Aisha reaching up and wiggling her fingers at a big fluffy giggling cloud with a silly cartoon face, both surrounded by bright orange sparkles. Mr. Stomps is tucked under her other arm. Tiny paper heart confetti swirls around them. In the background, the rainbow parade route winding through the cheerful neighborhood with more fluffy giggling clouds in the sunny sky.

Then Aisha sang her silliest song yet: "Silly is ORANGE, bright and loud! I wiggle my bottom and tickle a cloud!" She wiggled. She jiggled. And — surprise! A big, fluffy cloud floated down. "Hee hee hee!" giggled the cloud. "That tickles!" The cloud was TICKLISH!

Aisha marching proudly down the rainbow parade route with Mr. Stomps in one hand and the ticklish cloud bouncing alongside her. The road shimmers in yellow, purple, blue, and orange stripes. Paper heart confetti fills the warm sunny air around them. In the background, the cheerful neighborhood with pastel houses, more fluffy giggling clouds overhead, and a bright sunny sky.

The ticklish cloud bounced along with Aisha. Mr. Stomps stomped beside her. Paper hearts twirled all around. "Happy, grumpy, sleepy, silly!" Aisha sang. "Every feeling has a color! Every feeling has a dance! Every feeling is okay!" Can you dance YOUR feelings too?

Aisha hugging Mr. Stomps while the ticklish cloud gently nuzzles against her cheek, all three bathed in soft rainbow light. Paper heart confetti drifts gently around them. Aisha has a peaceful, content smile. In the background, the rainbow parade route softly glowing with all four colors — yellow, purple, blue, and orange — blending together warmly.

Aisha took a deep breath. She hugged Mr. Stomps. "When I sing my feelings," she said, "they don't feel so mixed up anymore!" The ticklish cloud gave her a soft, warm nuzzle. "It helps to say how you feel," Aisha whispered. And the cloud whispered back, "Yes, it does."

Aisha standing in her bright cozy bedroom, fully dressed and hair brushed, holding Mr. Stomps and singing happily. A few last tiny paper heart confetti pieces drift near the window. Warm golden sunlight fills the room. In the background, the cozy bedroom looking warm and tidy, with a faint shimmer of rainbow color lingering near the window.

The rainbow road shimmered one last time. And Aisha was back in her bright, cozy bedroom. She found her missing sock. She brushed her tangled hair. "Time for breakfast!" she sang. And she felt just right. Every feeling — bright or stormy — is perfectly okay. And it always, always helps to say how you feel.
