Amara walked into a big, sunny meadow. The grass was green and soft. The sky was bright and blue. "What a good day!" said Amara.
A friendly goat peeked over a wooden fence. "G-g-g!" said the goat. Amara laughed. "You said G!" she said. "G-g-g!"
"Can I find more G things?" asked Amara. The goat nodded. "G-g-g!" it said again. So Amara galloped into the meadow. Gallop, gallop, gallop!
Amara galloped to the tall trees. She looked up, up, up! A giraffe peeked over the leaves. "Hello, giraffe!" said Amara. "You start with G!"
The giraffe bent its long neck down. It tickled Amara with its soft nose. Amara giggled. "Giggle starts with G too!" she said. "G-g-giggle!"
Amara galloped on. Gallop, gallop, gallop! She found a garden full of grapes. The grapes were plump and purple. "Grapes start with G!" she said.
Amara picked a grape. Squish! It was squishy and smooth and smelled sweet. "G-g-grape!" she said. She popped it in her mouth. Yum!
"What else starts with G?" asked Amara. She put her hands up like claws. "GRRR!" She growled like a big, playful bear. "Growl starts with G! G-g-growl!"
The goat growled too. "G-g-g!" The giraffe tried to growl. It sounded so silly! They all giggled together. Giggle, giggle, giggle!
Amara looked up. "Is everything that starts with G great?" she asked. Suddenly, a wiggly cloud giggled! It wiggled and jiggled. Then—sparkle, sparkle—it rained down tiny, shiny glitter!
Glitter fell on Amara. Glitter fell on the goat. Glitter fell on the giraffe and the grapes! "Glitter starts with G too!" said Amara. "G-g-glitter!"
Amara smiled a big, big smile. "Goats, giraffes, grapes, giggles, growls, and glitter," she said. "They all start with G! And they all made my day so... GOOD! G-g-good!" And it was.
