Little Red Riding Hood

A story about
for your Preschooler.

Once upon a time, in a small village, there was a little girl who always wore a red cloak with a hood. Everyone called her Little Red Riding Hood because of it.

One sunny morning, her mother called her and said, "Take this basket of goodies to your grandmother who is ill. Remember to stay on the path and don't talk to strangers."

Little Red Riding Hood nodded eagerly and set off through the forest, carrying the basket of treats. She was excited to visit her grandmother.

As she walked along the path, she saw beautiful flowers and colorful butterflies. She stopped to pick a few flowers for her grandmother, forgetting her mother's warning.

Suddenly, a big, bad wolf appeared from behind a tree. "Good morning, Little Red Riding Hood," he said with a sly smile. "Where are you going?"

"I'm going to visit my grandmother who lives in the forest," she replied innocently. The wolf's eyes gleamed with a cunning plan.

"Why not pick some more flowers for your grandmother?" the wolf suggested, pointing deeper into the woods. Little Red Riding Hood thought it was a good idea and wandered off the path.

The wolf, meanwhile, hurried straight to the grandmother's house. He knocked on the door and mimicked Little Red Riding Hood's voice. "It's me, Grandmother. I've brought you some goodies."
