Sammy the Spirited Samurai lived in a cozy village full of paper lanterns and soft bamboo houses. Little streams went trickle-trickle over mossy stones. Friendly fireflies lit up every path. Sammy loved adventures more than anything!
Sammy's best friend was Buzzywhirl — a giant, curious insect with big sparkly wings. Buzzywhirl loved to tinker and build things. Today they were playing their favorite game: Adventure Quest! "Let's find the golden acorn!" said Sammy.
Sammy jumped over a stream. Splash! She climbed a mossy rock. Hup! She swung her wooden sword. Swoosh! But then — oh! Sammy felt something. A wiggly, jiggly feeling in her tummy. It wiggled. It jiggled. It would not stop.
"I do not want to stop!" said Sammy. "We have to find the golden acorn!" She wiggled on one foot. She jiggled on the other. But the feeling got bigger and bigger. Her body was telling her something important.
Buzzywhirl buzzed close. "Sammy, your body is talking to you! That wiggly, jiggly feeling means you have to go potty. When you feel it — stop and go right away! Do not wait." Buzzywhirl was very wise about these things.
So Sammy and Buzzywhirl hurried down the path. Fireflies lit the way — blink, blink, blink! There it was: the potty hut! It was a cheerful little hut painted with rainbow flowers. It smelled like fresh bamboo and sweet soap.
Sammy went inside. She remembered three things: Stop. Sit. Try. She stopped wiggling. She sat down on the potty. She tried her best. And — she did it! "Hooray!" cheered Buzzywhirl from outside. Sammy washed her hands with warm, bubbly water.
Sammy ran back to the adventure. That was fast! "See?" said Buzzywhirl. "Now we can keep playing!" Sammy smiled big. Going potty did not take long at all. She felt light and happy and ready to go, go, go!
They played and played. They found a sparkly feather. They climbed the big rock. Then — oh! There it was again. The wiggly, jiggly feeling came back. But this time, Sammy knew just what to do.
"Buzzywhirl, I feel the wiggle!" said Sammy. "I am going to the potty hut — right now!" She did not wait. She did not wiggle on one foot. She hurried to the cheerful hut, and she did it all by herself. Stop. Sit. Try. Done!
Buzzywhirl's wings buzzed with pride. "Sammy, you listened to your body! You are so brave!" Sammy stood tall. She felt warm and proud inside — like a real samurai. And guess what? They found the golden acorn under the big mossy rock!
The sun began to set over the little village. Orange and pink light danced on the paper lanterns. Sammy held the golden acorn in one hand and her wooden sword in the other. Tomorrow there would be a brand-new adventure — and Sammy would be ready. She always listens to her body now. And every time gets a little easier.
